Production lathe operations are available for round part production up to 12” diameter and 72” length on a variety of 2-axis through multi-axis turning centers in a variety of materials. Milling production is available for a variety of components based on size, material and complexity. Please submit prints for review.
DMS-South / Bailey Tool
We produce continuous hinge product (piano hinge) in most materials from 20 through 7 gauge in standard and custom formats. Customer prints are routinely produced with coatings, special finishes and configurations. Stocking programs are available for items with ongoing production. Tooling can be provided to achieve special configurations.
Assembly process including welding and other joining methods is practiced. Custom finishes are routinely applied to deliver final part configurations to the Customer.
